Kinesiology Taping

KT Taping supports muscles and helps the recovery system to heal faster by allowing the immune system to flow quicker, while providing some support for the joints.

Sport Taping

Also known as rigid taping, this technique supports the joints by restricting certain movements. This can prevent dislocation, hyper-extension injuries, straining, spraining, and provides a stronger joint for the duration of the tape.

Swedish

Swedish massage is primarily used as a relaxation technique, but can be used to release tension through the surface muscles. These muscles hold stress, but swedish also improves circulation through the body, aswell as restoring movement to joints.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points when active can cause unwanted tension, increase chances of injury, and can cause extra pain to different areas. Treating these points is essential to pain removal and improvement of muscular health.

Sport Therapy

Sport therapy is not just useful for sport and exercise, it can be used to lengthen muscles quickly and effetively, aid in recovery, reduce swelling, reduce cramping and assist in blood circulation.

Deep Tissue

Used to target the deeper muscles and connective tissues, used best when treating chronic issues and making significant changes to muscle ability. Deep tissue is a direct method with great potential to improve nearly all muscular issues.

Dry Needling

This technique is used on trigger points to minimise pain during release, aswell as remove the points to assist in proper muscle function.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

An extremely soft and gentle therapy, specifically designed to boost the body's immune and recovery systems. It helps by moving the natural fluids for healing around 10 times faster for a few days.

Myofascial Release

This is a gentle technique where the therapist will maintain a soft pressure into tension through the myofascial connective tissue to remove pain and increase movement.
